On September 15, Gela Dumbadze the State Minister of Georgia for Diaspora Issues, met with Khetevan Palelashvili, the director of the acting Georgian Sunday School in Tallinn, Republic of Estonia, “Bagrati”. The guest told the Minister about the work of the Sunday School. On his part, Gela Dumbadze informed the guest about the current processes in Georgia, the work of his office and promised support in the future work.
Tamar Gamilaghdishvili, chief of the department for cooperation with Diaspora organizations also attended the meeting. Khetevan Palelashvili is taking the course to heighten qualification in Georgian language and literature, Georgia history, with the mediation of the Office of the State Minister of Georgia for Diaspora Issues and the partnership of non-governmental organization “Education and New technologies“ acting next to “European School”. Having finished the course successfully, she will be granted with the certificate. This project is financed by EU. The State Minister gifted the director of the Georgian Sunday School “Bagratti” with textbooks, literature, national symbolic and other souvenirs.
