On September 20, Gela Dumbadze , the State Minister of Georgia for Diaspora Issues met with Tamar Jervalidze, the head of the acting Georgian community in Vienna, Austria and Tamar Gogrichiani, the member of the community. The guest told the Minister about the events held by the community and the work of the Georgian Sunday school. As Tamila jervalidze stated, according to the initiative of our compatriots living in Austria, The Georgian Community of Austria decided to open two additional Sunday schools in Salzburg and Sankt Polten. On his side, Gela Dumbadze told the guests about the current processes in Georgia and promised support in her future work.
Tamar Gamilaghdishvili- Gagua, on the duty of the chief of the department for cooperation with Diaspora organizations also attended the meeting.
The State Minister gifted the head of the Georgian community in Austria with the textbooks, literature, national symbolic and souvenirs for the newly-open Sunday school in Salzburg and Sankt Polten.
